Chicken Feather Meal Processing Equipment is a type of feather processing equipment used to hydrolyze feathers to extract protein and other valuable components. It is primarily used in the animal feed industry. After the feather raw materials enter the dedicated hydrolysis tank, they are sealed with a lid. The temperature inside the tank is then gradually raised to 140°C. This temperature not only effectively kills any E. coli bacteria in the raw materials, ensuring product hygiene and safety, but also disrupts the molecular structure of the feather keratin, paving the way for subsequent protein conversion.
When the tank's operating pressure reaches the 0.3MPa-0.45MPa range, it must be maintained at this level for 15 minutes to ensure sufficient hydrolysis of the keratin. After the pressure maintenance period, the exhaust valve is opened to release excess steam from the tank, completing the core hydrolysis process and providing qualified intermediate material for subsequent feather powder processing (such as drying and pulverization).
