After the raw materials enter the hydrolysis tank, the lid is sealed and the tank temperature reaches 140°C to kill E. coli and break down keratin molecules. Once the operating pressure reaches 0.3MPa-0.45MPa, it is maintained for 15 minutes, and the steam inside the tank is exhausted.
