The Harmless Treatment Dryer, developed and designed by Shandong Chengming, is suitable for drying animal protein feed ingredients such as feather meal, meat and bone meal, chicken bone paste, and blood meal. Its heat source can be steam or thermal oil, using a dual-phase internal and external heating structure. We generally recommend using steam for drying. The dried material is brightly colored and high-quality.
Our dryer uses an external jacket and a main shaft coil or steam box for steam flow to increase the heating surface. The puller, mounted on the main shaft and located between the heating coils, not only propels the material forward but also provides self-cleaning properties. The mobile heating system ensures full contact with the conductors. The exhaust hood and piping are made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and extended service life. It is the unique structure and operating principle that makes the equipment have characteristics like high heat exchange efficiency, large heat exchange area, low energy consumption, and environmental protection. Using a high-temperature circulating heat source (≥100°C), it achieves thorough sterilization, so it is suitable for harmless treatment of dead livestock and poultry and gets the result of the complete inactivation of pathogenic microorganisms.
