The Coil Heating Rotary Disc Dryer is a highly efficient, conduction-type continuous drying equipment. It transfers heat to the material through the heat transfer wall. Some steam enters the annular space between the outer shell and the inner wall of the cylinder, heating the material through the inner wall. Condensate is discharged through the bottom drain port. Another portion of steam enters the main shaft and coils, heating them, and condensate is discharged through the drain rotary joint. As the shaft rotates, the impellers and coils work together to thoroughly agitate and warm the material, maximizing contact between the material and the shaft and coils. Secondary steam is discharged from the top steam chamber of the outer shell through an induced draft duct. A slight vacuum is maintained within the duct to prevent exhaust steam from escaping and to avoid absorbing excessive cold air. A stripper plate, mounted on the main shaft and located between the heating coils, not only propels the material forward but also acts as a self-cleaning device, removing coatings from the shaft and cylinder walls to maintain excellent heat transfer.

4. An automatic water transfer system recycles steam condensate back into the boiler, reducing energy consumption and conserving water.
