Indicators such as peptic ulcer digestibility (PDP), effective amino acid ratio (PDAA), protein solubility (PS), amino acid content, and bulk density (BD) have all shown significant improvements.

1. To accommodate the rapid heating requirements of hydrolysis, the heat transfer area has been increased. This increases the size of the same model by approximately 40%, without increasing the overall dimensions, maintaining the same footprint as the original model.

2. Similarly, the heat transfer capacity per unit area has been increased, thereby improving the heat transfer coefficient (K), from the original 50-60 kcal/㎡℃h to the current 75 kcal/㎡℃h.

3. To enhance the pressure resistance of the Feather Powder Production Equipment, the modified equipment has been improved at multiple weak points under pressure, eliminating or reducing most areas of stress concentration and improving the stress conditions of the pressure-bearing components.
