Animal Rendering Machine, part of Chengming's dryer series, sterilizes diseased and dead livestock and poultry using high temperatures and high pressures. High-temperature steam acts directly or indirectly on the material, killing pathogens and drying it.
High-temperature sterilization: Dead livestock and poultry are crushed and placed in a sealed container. A high-temperature circulating heat source is introduced through the interlayer. The high temperature and pressure of 150-160°C inactivate and kill microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses.
Drying: High temperatures evaporate moisture from the material, while agitation accelerates moisture removal, ultimately resulting in a readily usable product such as meat and bone meal or animal fat.
