The Hydrolyzed Feather Powder Equipment uses a high-temperature, high-pressure hydrolysis process to treat discarded poultry feathers and convert them into high-quality hydrolyzed feather powder. This scientific process breaks down the indigestible, large-molecule keratin in feathers and converts it into easily digestible small-molecule peptides and amino acids. The resulting product is a high-protein, highly bioavailable feather powder suitable for use in feed and organic fertilizer.
1. Material conveyor: This part needs to connect various process links, send the pre-treated feathers into the hydrolysis tank, and then transfer the hydrolyzed feather materials to the drying equipment. It is an important equipment for automated material transportation.
2. Hydrolysis tank and its components: After dehydration, the material is transported to the hydrolysis tank, which is indirectly heated. The temperature inside the tank reaches 120-150 degrees Celsius, and high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization and cooking are completed in 45-90 minutes.
3. Dryer: After high-temperature hydrolysis, sterilization and cooking, the material is dried under a slight negative pressure in the tank. After 90-150 minutes of drying, the material reaches the required moisture content.
4. Drum air cooler: The dried material passes through the screw conveyor again and enters the rotary drum air cooler for cooling and impurity removal, and then is directly transported to the crusher.
5. Water Drop Disintegrator: Crush and refine the material.
6. Automatic Packaging Machine: Automatically weighs and packages the crushed and refined material.
7. Tubular Condenser: Deodorizes by condensing hot air from the chemical and drying processes, converting odorous gases into liquids. The resulting wastewater is discharged to the sewage treatment system for treatment.
8. Cooling tower: cools the circulating water.
9. Exhaust gas treatment system, etc. (optional).
