Sludge Drying Equipment

Sludge Drying Equipment is a high-efficiency, conduction-type continuous drying equipment. During operation, some steam is introduced into the annular space formed by the outer shell and the inner wall of the cylinder, where it transfers heat to the material through the inner wall, and condensed water is discharged through the bottom drain port. Another portion of steam is introduced into the main shaft and coils, heating them, and condensed water is discharged through a drain rotary joint.

As the main shaft rotates, the material is thoroughly agitated and mixed by the combined action of the impellers and coils, maximizing the contact area between the material, the main shaft, and the coils. Secondary steam is discharged from the steam chamber at the top of the shell through an induced draft duct, maintaining a slight vacuum within the duct to prevent the escape of waste steam and the inhalation of excessive cold air.

A stripper plate, mounted on the main shaft and placed between the heating coils, not only propels the material forward but also provides a self-cleaning function, removing material coatings on the main shaft and cylinder walls to maintain stable heat transfer efficiency.
