Process flow and introduction

Bean Okara Dryer Process:

Raw Material Receiving and Storage → Pre-processing (Crushing + Screening + Conditioning) → Drying and Dehydration → Cooling → Screening and Grading → Packing and Storage

Use screw conveyors or scraper conveyors to quickly receive fresh okara to prevent prolonged exposure to air. Store in low-temperature silos (≤25°C) or temporary storage tanks with agitation, and limit storage time to no more than four hours to prevent microbial growth and deterioration.
