Equipment process flow

The Food Waste Drying Machine's entire processing process involves processing food waste into feed, producing organic fertilizer, and producing oil. The entire process is carried out according to a planned workflow.

1. Food waste is transported to the food waste treatment center by a dedicated, enclosed dump truck.

2. The dump truck directly dumps the food waste into the raw material silo, from which it is transported to the sorting system.

3. After sorting, the biodegradable food waste is transported to a crusher for crushing.

4. The crushed food waste enters a solid-liquid separator for solid-liquid separation. The oil-water mixture enters an essential oil purification system for purification, and the wastewater enters a wastewater treatment station.

5. The separated food waste is transported to a high-temperature sterilizer for sterilization at 120-140°C (in compliance with European and American standards). After sterilization, it enters the drying stage, with the moisture content of the dried material reaching 10%-12%.

6. After drying, the material is transported to a cooling system to cool to room temperature for packaging.
