Livestock Farm Rendering Machine for Dead Cattle

Due to their large size and large tissue volume, dead cattle on farms require higher levels of harmless treatment equipment with enhanced crushing capacity, processing capacity, and thorough sterilization. These require specialized equipment capable of handling large animal carcasses. If you're looking for equipment that can address this need, choose Chengming's Livestock Farm Rendering Machine for Dead Cattle.

This Livestock Farm Rendering Machine for Dead Cattle includes a large crusher (capable of crushing bones for the size of dead cattle), a sealed drying tank (primarily using indirect heating to prevent oil oxidation), a condensation separation system (to separate water vapor and oil), an exhaust gas treatment system, and a PLC control system.

Equipment processing flow

1. The dead cattle are sent to the large crusher through the elevator and crushed into uniform particles (to solve the problem of "uneven drying of large pieces of material").

2. After crushing, the material enters the drying tank, where high-temperature steam/thermal oil is introduced through the jacket and heated to 120-180°C for 2-6 hours (the temperature is adjusted according to the water content of the cattle carcass; a slightly higher temperature is required if there are more bones).

3. During the process, water evaporates into water vapor, which is then condensed to separate the wastewater (which needs to be pre-treated to meet discharge standards), and animal fats are recovered (which can be sold to industrial enterprises for the production of biodiesel, soap, etc.).

4. After drying, the resulting "dry residue" has a moisture content of 10%-20%, and its volume is only 1/3-1/5 of the original dead cattle (volume reduction rate 60%-80%). The dry residue can be used directly as biomass fuel (calorific value of approximately 3500-4000 kcal/kg, which can be used for heating farm boilers), or it can be crushed and mixed with microbial agents to make organic fertilizer.

Equipment advantages

Livestock Farm Rendering Machine for Dead Cattle offers a high volume reduction rate, significantly reducing subsequent transportation and disposal costs. For example, a 500kg dead cattle will only leave 100-150kg of dry residue after drying. Furthermore, the continuous high temperatures of 120-180°C thoroughly kill pathogens such as African swine fever, foot-and-mouth disease, and Brucella. The recovered fat and dry residue can generate additional economic benefits, partially offsetting treatment costs and achieving higher resource returns.
