Equipment process flow

2. Composition tank: The crushed pig bones are transported to the composition tank and sterilized at high temperature and high pressure to kill harmful bacteria and make it easier to separate the fat, water and other components in the bones.

3. Drying Equipment: Low-temperature vacuum drying equipment is commonly used to dry the processed pork bones to reduce their moisture content for subsequent processing and storage. The moisture content of the dried material can be reduced to 10%-12%.

4. Pressing and degreasing equipment: Screw press is used to press and degrease the dried material, separate the fat in the bones, and obtain meat and bone residue and animal fat.

5. Hammer Feed Mill: This machine crushes defatted meat and bone residue into a fine powder, producing finished pig bone meal. 7. Dust collectors, spray towers, biological filters, etc.: used to treat waste gas generated during the processing process, remove dust, odor and other pollutants, and meet environmental emission requirements.
