The Animal Fat Refining Equipment uses a dry-chemical process. High-temperature, high-pressure saturated steam is introduced into the interlayer of the chemical refining tank, indirectly heating the product. This results in a high temperature (110-130°C) and high pressure inside the tank, completely killing pathogens within the carcasses. After depressurization, the material is dried using vacuum heating.
The material is transported via a screw conveyor into the tank, then transported to a high-temperature fat refining tank for separation of oil residue. The animal fat press is then used for oil extraction and exhaust gas treatment. This fully mechanized and integrated process is environmentally friendly, low-carbon, and energy-efficient.
The processed material can be used as raw material for organic fertilizer or as feed for non-human animals. The resulting fat can be used for industrial oil or biodiesel production.
