The Dead Livestock Poultry Rendering Machine, after shredding, transfers diseased and dead animal carcasses to a sealed container for continuous agitation. Simultaneously, a high-temperature circulating heat source is introduced into the interlayer to sterilize the dead animal meat under high temperature and high pressure, eliminating any pathogens. During the treatment process, the heat source does not directly contact the dead animal meat. Instead, it utilizes the pressure generated by heating and vaporizing the moisture in the animal's body. After completion, the equipment undergoes vacuum drying, degreasing, cooling, and pulverization, ultimately yielding dry meat and bone meal and industrial fats.

① Animal carcasses and related animal products may be pre-processed by crushing as appropriate.

② Animal carcasses and related animal products or crushed products are transported to a high-temperature, high-pressure container.

③ The center temperature of the processed material must be ≥ 140°C, the pressure must be ≥ 0.5 MPa (absolute), and the processing time must be ≥ 4 hours (the specific processing time depends on the type and volume of the animal carcasses, related animal products, or crushed products being processed).

④ The hot steam generated by heating and drying is discharged through the exhaust gas treatment system.

⑤ The animal carcass residues produced by heating and drying are transported to the pressing system for processing.
