Equipment Principle

During operation, the Livestock and Poultry Rendering Machine first shreds dead livestock and poultry, then transfers them to a sealed container for continuous agitation. A high-temperature circulating heat source is introduced into the interlayer to sterilize the shredded livestock and poultry at high temperatures and pressures, eliminating pathogens and harming the carcasses.

During the entire processing process, the heat source does not directly contact the dead animal carcasses. Instead, it utilizes the pressure generated by the vaporization of moisture within the animal's body. After the shreds are complete, a series of processes, including vacuum drying, degreasing, cooling, and pulverization, are performed to produce dry meat and bone meal and industrial fats.
