The process of High Temperature Livestock Poultry Rendering Machine adopts a spiral conveying bin for dead livestock and poultry → closed carcass crushing treatment → closed spiral conveying → high temperature and high pressure chemical treatment, degradation and drying → pressing → spiral conveying → discharge; the oil and fat produced during the pressing process → oil storage tank (with its own heating system).
1. The processed product is a mixture of oil and residue (meat and bone meal). After pressing, this mixture produces a high-quality oil with low moisture content, low impurities, and a significantly higher oil recovery rate than other similar processes. The resulting meat and bone meal can be used in pet feed, organic fertilizer, and other applications, with a crude protein content of ≥60% and a moisture content of ≤10%.
2. After the oil is separated from the mixture through screw pressing, the remaining residue (meat and bone meal) has a low moisture content and requires no further processing, meeting storage and transportation requirements.
3. Because the majority of the moisture in the material is evaporated during the chemical drying process, storage does not generate significant amounts of foul-smelling vapors. Subsequent material transportation is carried out in a closed environment, preventing the release of foul-smelling gases.
4. High Temperature Livestock Poultry Rendering Machine utilizes high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization and dehydration processes, meeting current EU requirements for the harmless treatment of diseased animals.
