2. Room-Temperature Hydrolysis Pretreatment: A 30-minute room-temperature hydrolysis process prepares the machine for subsequent high-temperature and high-pressure processing;
3. High-Temperature and High-Pressure Sterilization and Protein Modification: After sealing the equipment, the temperature is raised to 130°C.
