The improved new Animal Carcass Shredder changes the original moving blade shape, material, and crushing method. The arc-shaped moving blade and the 30°-angled stationary blade form a circular scissor-like working mode, making material shredding easier. The moving blades are arranged in a 20° spiral pattern on the main shaft, reducing torque and preventing the equipment from jamming. The moving and stationary blades are precision-machined from Cr12 for sharper blades. The appropriate gap between the moving and stationary blades facilitates shredding of skins and intestines. The main shaft adopts a hexagonal structure, which has greater torque, better stability, and longer service life than traditional flat-key types.
