Equipment Principle

Farm Harmless Treatment Equipment utilizes humidification to sterilize diseased animal carcasses or diseased parts at high temperatures. After humidification, the carcasses are boiled down into industrial oil, producing other residues. The treatment chamber is sealed, preventing unpleasant odors from escaping during operation. The equipment features intelligent operation, with programmable timing for stirring and heating, eliminating the need for dedicated personnel to monitor the entire treatment process.

Equipment process flow

1. Transport diseased animals and their products to the harmless treatment room, and load the treated material directly into the digester basket.

2. Open the tank door, move the digester basket on the trolley along the track into the humidifier, and close the tank door.

3. Depending on the type and quantity of the treated material, set the temperature (160-190°C) and pressure to 0.8 MPa for high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization to thoroughly sterilize the treated material.

4. Upon completion of the treatment process, the oil-water mixture produced is pumped into the oil-water separation equipment for separation, resulting in a higher-purity oil.

5. Upon completion of the treatment process, open the tank door, pull the digester basket out along the track, and transport the residue inside the digester basket to a biogas digester for fermentation or to be treated with animal manure.
