This treatment method exposes livestock and poultry to a high-temperature, high-pressure environment, dissolving fats and hydrolyzing proteins. Simultaneously, the high temperature and high pressure sterilize all pathogens carried by the livestock and poultry.

How our equipment works?

Wet Rendering Machine for Farms utilizes high-temperature, high-pressure sterilization combined with tissue decomposition technology. The carcasses of dead livestock and poultry to be treated are placed in a sealed pressure vessel. Steam or electric heating is used to raise the temperature inside the vessel to 121-143°C and the pressure to 0.2-0.6 MPa, maintaining these conditions for 2-4 hours. The high temperature destroys the protein structure of microorganisms, killing pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, and parasite eggs. The high pressure accelerates tissue softening and decomposition, denaturing organic components such as fat and protein in the carcasses, converting them into liquid oil and solid meat and bone meal.

After processing, the materials (livestock and poultry carcasses, slaughterhouse waste, hatchery waste) are converted into sterile residues, realizing the resource recycling of waste in a segmented manner.
