Shandong Chengming's Pig Cattle and Sheep Harmless Treatment Equipment, developed in response to market demand, is a small, integrated, harmless livestock and poultry treatment machine. It's easy to install and produces no exhaust or wastewater. Its automated control system effectively prevents human contact with dead animals, preventing cross-infection and the spread of pathogens.

The machine is completely sealed, leak-proof, and airtight, effectively minimizing environmental pollution. It's suitable for small and medium-sized farms and slaughterhouses, allowing them to harmlessly treat dead livestock and poultry locally without transporting them to other locations, thus preventing the spread of pathogens.

The resulting solid product can be used as a raw material for organic fertilizer production, and the grease can be made into industrial oil, turning waste into valuable resources. The machine can utilize either electric steam heating or a steam boiler. The entire treatment process takes 3-4 hours, and depending on the model, it can process 5kg to 1 ton of dead livestock and poultry.

Equipment process flow

1. Transport diseased animals and their products to the harmless treatment room, and load the treated material directly into the digester basket.

2. Open the tank door, move the digester basket on the trolley along the track into the humidifier, and close the tank door.

3. Depending on the type and quantity of the treated material, set the temperature (160-190°C) and pressure to 0.8 MPa for high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization to thoroughly sterilize the treated material.

4. Upon completion of the treatment process, the oil-water mixture produced is pumped into the oil-water separation equipment for separation, yielding a higher-purity oil.

5. Upon completion of the treatment process, open the tank door, pull the digester basket out along the track, and transport the residue inside to a biogas digester for fermentation or treat with animal manure.

6. After production, disinfect the equipment and tools.
