During processing, the steam condenses into water upon contact with the carcass, melting the fat and coagulating the protein. This highly efficient and cost-effective treatment offers more advantages than traditional fermentation-based treatment processes, making it a suitable alternative to fermentation-based treatment.
First, dead livestock and poultry carcasses or waste are placed in the humidification frame, then placed on a cart into the rendering tank, which is then closed. The operator enters the pressure, temperature, and time parameters through the control center and starts the equipment. The steam generator generates steam, which enters the rendering machine. Once the preset pressure and temperature are reached, the processed material is sterilized and hydrolyzed. After the rendering is complete, the operator opens the exhaust valve to release the remaining gas into the deodorizer. After the exhaust valve closes, the residual pressure is used to discharge the oil-water mixture into the oil-water separation equipment for physical separation. The oil can be sold as industrial oil, and the wastewater is discharged into the animal manure fermentation tank or sewage treatment system. Finally, the rendering tank door is opened and the basket containing the finished meat and bone material is pulled out. The meat and bone material can be used as raw material for organic fertilizer.
